To create a work force who understand how Goods and Service Tax (GST) levied on the supply of goods and services and to help small and medium enterprises of Bihar for filing GST returns, BSDM wants to start a 120 hours course to impart required skills in youth of Bihar to enhance their employability and self-employability. A special emphasis shall be given to those students who have passed standard 12th examination. The proposed Bihar State-Certificate In Financial Accounting (BS-CFA) course will be offered to these youths at no cost by establishing new Skill Development Centers at all 101 Sub-Divisions in Bihar and to maintain the quality of course delivery the course will be learned through BSDM’s eLearning Management System. This eContent will run in a quasi-on-line mode on BSDM Learning Management System (LMS).
